How the job runs
Day one is tear off into a bin in the driveway. The crew walks the deck, marks soft boards and replaces them before anything new goes on. Then underlayment, flashing, drip edge and the new roof. Most homes take two to four working days depending on size, pitch and weather.
The city inspects the finished roof. The contractor schedules the inspection and meets the inspector.

California energy rules apply to many reroofs. Depending on the roof and the product, the new roof may need to meet a reflectance rating. Your estimate names products that meet the rule.
Insurance claims
If a storm or a fallen tree caused the damage, call your insurer first. We can document the damage with photos and meet the adjuster on the roof.
